  • Users can use the forgot password using the email entered when the credentials were created. If email is missing/forgot or you don’t have access to it, please, contact support for assistance.

  • We have mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. You can use our app or have custom branded apps for your organization.

  • We can integrate with bus protocol enabled devices using various communication protocols. Our devices can also receive signals from analog and digital sensors.

  • We provide integration solutions for customers, adapting to the market standards and customers system (ex: REST API). Our solutions are flexible, providing support for different protocols and data formats (ex: HTTPS, MQTT, AQMP, JSON, XML). AMI offer Cloud to Cloud integrations primarily, providing scalability, simplicity, and rapid development of the integration solution for our customers. Integration requirements will need to be reviewed by our team and tailored made solutions are provided and reviewed by both parties. Please, contact support for further details.

  • We can provide customized reports for your application.

  • Customized alarms and indications can be created for your application. The alarms can be visual or be sent to users via email and SMS.

  • Custom URL, mobile apps and hardware can be branded for your solution. Ask our sales team for more information.

  • Unit is not connected to the network and/or servers yet. Please, make sure you have power and antenna wired correctly. Connection initialization can take a couple minutes on average, but please allocate up to 5 min without interaction. If device is mounted inside an enclosure, make sure you are using an external antenna.

  • Red outline indicates a command/communication is in progress to the unit. Command/communication can be successful or end up in failure if communication is interrupted.
